ADMINISTRATION
a) There will be a Lay Preachers Retreat for All Lusaka Churches from 5-8thJuly 2013 at Chilongolo Church, Makeni District. The Pastor/District Evangelism
Committee to make arrangements for logistics.
b) There will be a launch for Family Evangelism on 20th July 2013 at Andrews Motel from 08:30Hours to 16:00Hours. All couples in Lusaka conference are
invited. Each couple to pay K120 for lunch and Materials.
c) Admin. Elders are requested to submit quarterly reports before the end of Sabbath today.
d) There Evaluation Meetings, for Sabbath School and Personal Ministries, initially scheduled for 30th June 2013, at Libala Church have been postponed to 14th July 2013. The
venue remains the same. Time is 09:00hrs. To attend are All Sabbath School Officers, Personal Ministries Leaders and their Elders in Charge.
e) The New Dawn Magazine - a magazine for Lusaka conference is out and copies are going at k10.00 per copy. Admin Elders and Company Leaders are encouraged to get copies for the Churches from the
Pastor’s Office.
2 CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
There will be a Children’s Ministry Leadership level 3 training programme by ZBUC for those who attended level 3 1 & 2 at Tina Trust School in Avondale from 30th June to 2ndJuly 2013. Registration fee for Lusaka based
participants is K200 and K150 for those outside Lusaka.
3 DORCAS
There will be a Zone One Dorcas Rally in Chalimbana, Chongwe South from 30th June to 7th July 2013.
4 MUSIC
a) The Conference Music Camp Meeting will run from 30th June to 7th July 2013. Each individual
participating singer is required to pay K150 as registration fee. Singers who were not chosen by Auditioners
but who desire to camp may attend as listeners upon paying K50 each as participating fee.
b) There will be Choir Rotations within the District on the 13th and 20th of July 2013. The schedule for the programme will be sent to the Churches and Company Leaders.
5 SABBATH SCHOOL
The Sabbath School Mission story books for both Children and Adults for the 3rd Quarter can be collected at the Pastor’s Office.
6 STEWARDSHIP
Stewardship leaders to submit second quarter reports to Elder Buumba or Elder Namushi by 30th June 2013. Stewardship Evaluation which was scheduled for 23rd June has
been postponed to a later date to be announced.
7 CAMP MEETING
There will be a meeting for all Camp Meeting Chairpersons and Elders in Charge on Monday, 1st July 2013 at Chilenje Main Church. Time is 09:00hrs
