DISTRICT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Announced by Chilenje District SDA Church on Sep 20 2013

 

 


  1. ADMINISTRATION

 a)   The District Crusade will run from 13th - 26th October 2013.
The First Speaker will be Pastor Pitman Siamaundu. The Second Speakers will be
Evangelist Misherck Mwami and Evangelist Mwansa Lesa. The Venue is still
subject to confirmation.

 

b)   All Churches and Companies are requested to contribute K1,000.00 towards the
running of the District Crusade.

 

2.        BUILDING AND PROJECTS

Church members are requested to contribute KR5.00 or a block towards the construction of the
District Mission House. The announcement has been running for some time now and
those who have not yet made the contribution are urged to do so by 30th
September 2013.


  1. ADVENTURER CLUB

a)       
The Adventurer social outing has been moved to 6th October, 2013 which
will also be Adventurer fun day.  Charges
are K40.00 and the Venue is still Munda Wanga.

 

b)      5thOctober 2013 will be Adventurer Day in all Churches. Preacher will be sent by
the District.

    CRUSADE AND EVANGELISM

There will be a District Crusade Meeting at Njanji Church Today 21st September 2013
at 15:00. All District Crusade Committee Members to attend without fail, and
should come with proposed budgets for the crusade.

 

a)     All Prayer Band Members in the Chilenje District to meet Today, 21st
September 2013 at Njanji SDA Church. Time: 14:00hrs

 

b)       Elder Singendenge would like meet all Interpreters Today, 21st September
2013 at Arakan SDA at 14:00 hours.

 

c)           Elder Katupa would like to meet all Head Deacons Today, 21st September
2013 at Njanji SDA at 14:00 Hours.

 

d)         Elder Chitenge would like to meet all Personal Ministries Leaders, Interest
Coordinators, Federation Leaders (Dorcas, AMO and A.Y President) Today, 21st
September 2013 at Njanji SDA Church at 14:00 hours.

 

e)        All Churches to select one member to be in the Electricity Committee. The names to
be submitted during the District Crusade Meeting at Njanji SDA Church to Br.
Hamutete of Overhill Church.

 

 

STEWARDSHIP

There will be a Stewardship Evaluation session on 22nd September 2013 starting 09:00 hours at
Chilenje Main Church. Treasurers, together with Stewardship Leaders to prepare
reports.
