DISTRICT ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. ADMINISTRATION

 

(a)         
The
District Crusade will run from 13th - 26th October 2013
and the following are our Speakers: First Speaker is Pastor Pitman Siamaundu.
Second Speakers are Ev. Misherck Mwami and Ev. Mwansa Lesa.  The Venue is Mwize grounds, Libala South.

 

(b)         
All
Churches and Companies are requested to contribute K1,000.00 towards the
running of the District Crusade.

 

(c)         
The
seminar for elders that was to be conducted on 13th October, 2013
has been moved to 20th October, 2013. All those
to attend must register with the Admin elders failure to do so, no attendance.

 

(d)         
The
processes of Church Elections will begin this October, members are reminded to
pray for these forth-coming elections



(e)         
On
12th October, there will be a Lusaka Conference Master Guide Investiture
service at Njanji church.

 

(f)          
Admin
Elders are requested to submit the quarterly reports.

 

 


  1. BUILDING AND PROJECTS

The KR5.00 or a block
contribution towards the District Mission House announcement has been running
for some time now and those who have not yet made the contribution are urged to
do so.

 


  1. DORCAS

There will be Dorcas
General Meeting tomorrow Sunday, 6th October, 2013 at Njanji Church.
Dorcas Leaders in local Churches and Companies to come with quarterly
reports.  To attend are all Dorcas
Workers in the District. Time 09:00 hours.

  


  1. CRUSADE AND EVANGELISM

a)           
There will be a meeting for all Crusade
Committee members today Sabbath, at Njanji Church. Time: 14:00 hours.

 

 

 



  1. HEALTH

The
month of October, 2013 has been dedicated for cancer awareness. To this
end, there will be free Cancer screening at the Cancer Hospital
during Weekends for the following:

Women aged 35 and above for breast cancer

Men above the age of 50 for prostate cancer

 

After the
month of October, the cancer screening will be available at a fee of K80.00. An
appeal is also made to all Health Officials to continune sensitizing the
members in the respective Churches.

Today
is Adventurer Day on 5th October 2013 in all Churches and Companies.

Stewardship Day in all Churches and Companies.

(b)      There will be Annual Week of Sacrifice in
all Churches and Companies from 2nd – 9th November, 2013;

 

(c)         
On 7th
December, 2013 will be Stewardship Day in all Churches and Companies.
