ADMINISTRATION

(a)
There
will be a Lusaka Conference Master Guide Investiture Service today Sabbath,
12th October, at Njanji church.

(b)
The
District Crusade will start tomorrow Sunday, 13^th October, 2013 to
26^th October 2013 and the following are our Speakers: First Speaker
is Pastor Pitman Siamaundu. Second Speakers are Ev. Misherck Mwami and Ev.
Mwansa Lesa. The Venue is Mwize grounds,
Libala South.

(c)
There
will be seminar for Elders on 20th October, 2013.
All those to attend must register with the Admin Elders failure to do so will
result to no attendance.

(d)
The
processes of Church Elections will begin this October; members are reminded to
pray for these forth-coming elections.

(e)
On
26^th October, 2013 will be Spirit of Prophecy day in all Churches
and Companies.

(f)
There
will be Lusaka Conference Stewardship meeting tomorrow Sunday, 13^th
October, 2013 at Libala Church. To
attend are Church Stewardship Leaders and Strategic Plan Committee Members,
District Stewardship Leaders and Elders in Charge of Stewardship.

DORCAS

There will be Dorcas
Executive Meeting tomorrow Sunday, 13^th October, 2013 at Libala
Church. To attend are all Zone,
Federation and Local Executive Leaders. Time 09:00 hours. Kindly observe time.

CRUSADE AND
EVANGELISM

(a)
There will be a meeting for all Crusade
Committee members today Sabbath, at Njanji Church. Time: 14:00 hours.

(b)
There
will be a Match Past from Chilenje market to Mwize Grounds the venue for the
Crusade. All Pathfinders, Ambassadors
and Adventurers to meet at Robert Grounds in uniforms for the match past at
14:30 hours.

(c)
All
Churches and Companies to promote the crusade in their congregations and
encourage their members to attend and invite others to the crusade.

(d)
Crusade Duty Rota:

The
church on duty will do the following:

Take
care of decorations;
Provide
seasoned singing groups and chorister;
Assign
Elders to do announcements and manage the pulpit for the day; and
Provide
security day and night on the day assigned to them.

HEALTH

The month of October, 2013 has
been dedicated for cancer awareness. To this end, there will be free
Cancer screening at the Cancer Hospital during Weekends for the following:

Women aged 35 and above for breast cancer

Men above the age of 50 for prostate cancer

After the month of October,
the cancer screening will be available at a fee of K80.00. An appeal is also
made to all Health Officials to continue sensitizing the members in the
respective Churches.

STEWARDSHIP

(a) Next
Sabbath 19^thOctober, 2013 will be Stewardship Day in all Churches
and Companies. Churches
and Companies to arrange for preachers for day.

(b) There will be Annual Week of Sacrifice in
all Churches and Companies from 2^nd– 9^th November, 2013;

BUILDING AND PROJECTS

The KR5.00 or a block
contribution towards the District Mission House announcement has been running
for some time now and those who have not yet made the contribution are urged to
do so.
