(a.)
The Church
Elections continues, today, 7th December, 2013, there will be the second and
final reading for the 2014 church officers.
(b.)
Tomorrow Sunday, 8th
December, 2013 is the beginning of Training Seminars for 2014 church officers.
Kindly emphasize that
only those who will be trained shall be allowed to serve. The
following is schedule for the trainings:
(i)
Tomorrow Sunday, 8th December, 2013 there will be training
seminar for Elders and Deacons only. Venue: Chilenje Main Time: 08:30 to 17:30
hours.
(ii)
On 15th
December, 2013 - Morning Session - Children Ministries, Communication, and
Church Treasurer.
(iii)
On 15th
December, 2013 - Afternoon Session - Family Life, Education, Health Ministries,
Interest Coordinator.
(iv)
On 29th
December, 2013 - Morning Session - Church Clerks, Sabbath School and Religious
Liberty.
(v)
On 29th
December, 2013 - Afternoon Session - Personal Ministries, Stewardship
Ministries, Publishing Ministry, Music Ministries.
(c.)
Churches are required to register their congregations with the Registrar
of Societies.
(d.)
Churches are requested to buy modems for the raptors/computers as
next year, reports will be electronically.
(e.)
22nd December,
2013 is for Churches to do their Church Boards and Church Business.
(f.)
There will
be DPCC meeting and District Council on
25th December, 2013.
(g.)
ADMIN. ELDERS: Churches are
reminded to be counting church members during Sabbath School and at Main
Service on the 2nd week of the quarter and the seventh week of the
quarter. The information is the one used
for quarterly report.
Today Sabbath, 7th
December, 2013, is Stewardship Day in all Churches and Companies.
There will be a Children Ministries
Camp Meeting at Rephidim from 10th to 14th December,
2013. All participants, to come with K15 for Transport, Beddings, plates, cups,
and spoons. The departure place is at
Central Church on Tuesday, at 12:30 hours.
