DISTRICT ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. ADMINISTRATION

 

(a.)       
There will
be Training Seminars tomorrow Sunday, 12th January, 2014, for Youth Department,
AMO and Elders, Deacon and Deaconesses who missed the first seminar are as follows:

 

(i)          
Tomorrow,
Sunday 12th January, 2014 - Morning Session – Youth Department and AMO. Time:
08:30 to 12:30 Hours.

 

(ii)         
Tomorrow,
Sunday 12th January, 2014 - Afternoon Session - Elders, Deacon and Deaconesses,
Ministry to People with Disability Coordinator. Time: 14:00 to 17:30
Hours. 

 

(b.)       
All Churches and Companies that have not yet elected Camp Meeting
Chairpersons are being requested to do so before the month of February, 2014.

 

(c.)        
District
Departmental Leaders to submit their Time Management and Budgets to the
Pastor’s Office before next Sabbath, 18th January, 2014.

 

(d.)       
The will be
a DPCC and District Council on 26th January, 2014 at Hillview Park to consider
Times Managements and Budgets.

 

(e.)       
The Lusaka Conference
Offices will be closed next week. (from Monday, 13th to 17th
January.)

 

(f.)         
Churches are required to register their congregations with the
Registrar of Societies.

 

(g.)       
Churches are requested to buy modems for the Laptops/Computers as this
year, reports will be electronically.

  1. PUBLISHING

The
will be Training Programme for Literature Evangelists on Sundays starting 19th
January, 2014. Venue: Arakan Church. 
Time: 08:00 to 16:00 hours. Carry packed lunch.


  1. MUSIC

There
will be a meeting for all Church and Company Music Directors tomorrow,
Sunday,  12th January, 2014 at
Njanji Church. Time: 09:00 hours. Kindly observe time.

 


  1. YOUTH

There will
be Church Heritages Lessons starting this Sunday, 12th January, 2014.  The Master guides listed below will conduct
lessons in various Churches and Companies. 
Time 14:00 hours.
