DISTRICT ANNOUNCEMENTS

(a)
There will
be a DPCC and District Council on 26th January, 2014 at Hillview Park to
consider Time Managements and Budgets.
(b)
District
Departmental Leaders to submit their Time Managements and Budgets to the
Pastor’s Office. The deadline is today
Sabbath, 18th January, 2014.
(c)
All Churches and Companies that have not yet elected Camp Meeting
Chairpersons are being requested to do so before the month of February, 2014.
(d)
There
will a meeting for Personal Ministries Leaders and Evangelists this Sunday 19th
January, 2014 at Libala church. Time: 08:45hrs
(e)
Churches are required to register their congregations with the
Registrar of Societies.
(f)
Churches are requested to buy modems for the Laptops/Computers as this
year, reports will be electronically.
There will be
Training Programme for Literature Evangelists on Sundays starting tomorrow 19th
January, 2014. Venue: Arakan Church.
Time: 08:00 to 16:00 hours. Carry packed lunch.
There
will be a District Health Leader’s meeting for all Local Churches and Companies
in the District tomorrow, Sunday, 19th January, 2014 at Njanji
Church. Time: 09:00 Hours. To attend are all Health Leaders, Elders
in-charge, Community Service Directors, Adventist Youth Leaders, Health
Educators and Stewardship Leaders.

There will be a
Leader’s Seminar for all AY District Leaders and the A.Y Local Churches and
Companies Leaders starting on 19th to 24th January, 2014
at Arakan SDA Church. (This includes the Youth,
Ambassadors, Pathfinders and Adventurers leaders) Time:17:30 to 18:30
Hours. Kindly attend this meeting without fail.
(b)
There will be an
S.I.D. Camporee in Livingstone from 14th to 21st April,
2014 for the Pathfinders. Registration
fee is KR430.00. The deadline for
payments is 31st January, 2014 and the payment to be done to the
Local Church Leaders.
There
will be a District Music Workshop on 2nd February, 2014 at Rockfield
Company. All Church and Company Music
Directors, choristers, and leaders of singing groups to attend.
