(a)
There will be
baptism on 29th March, 2014 at Chilenje Main Church at 13:00
hours. All baptism candidates should be
at Chilenje Main at 12:30 hours.
(b)
There will
be a DPCC and the Council on 30th March, 2014 at Chilenje Main
Church. Time: 08:30 hours.
(c)
Churches are
given this Sunday 23rd March, 2014 to carry out their Church Board and Business
Meetings.
(d)
Quarterly
report forms are available for collection from the pastor's office.
(e)
There
will be a Lusaka city crusade. Also concerning the city crusade,
the Gideonites are invited to submit the names of the Elite in society as
prospective members to attend the crusade.
They must clearly indicate full names,
contact numbers, position and place of work. This information must be sent to

There
shall be an SID Stewardship Seminar at University Church from 04-07 April,
2014. Note that it shall a joint seminar with CZC. You are therefore, expected
to announce, promote and send all the SSPC members for Sabbath, Sunday and
Monday. (If we fail, then all the Elders in Charge of Stewardship, Stewardship
Leader, Trust Service Leader, and the Treasurers to attend please. We will need
to prepare only for lunch on each of the three days.)

Elders to help finance the Mini Crusades, as a District
we are overwhelmed, we have to pay Muluse zone camp meeting K25,000 in April
and also for the District crusade for an amount not less than K10,000

Tithe
and offering envelops are available though in small quantity, we can collect.
Let's educate our members to use envelops more than three to four times

There will be a Youth
Council together with the District Evangelism Leaders on tomorrow, Sunday 23rd
March, 2014 at Njanji Church. To attend
are all Elders In-charge of Youth Department in all churches and also the Local
Youth Leaders to come along with the list of names for campers for SID who have
paid registration fees, and the reports for the first week of the min crusade. Time:
09:00 Hours.

The mini Crusades continues
up to 29th March, 2014 in all Churches and Companies.
(c)
There will be a District Youth
Family Life on 6th April, 2014 and churches to pay K80.00 and
companies to pay K50.00.
(d)
There will be Adventurers
Council meeting today Sabbath, at Muyooma Church at 16:00 hours.
(e)
There will be a Camp out
for Adventurers at Kings High Way from 24th – 27th April,
2014. Fees will be communicated in due
course.
There
will be a Health Expo at Chilenje Spar tomorrow Sunday, 23rd March, 2014 where
free Medical Check-ups will be done.
Before the Health Expo begins there will be a march past from Inter-land
to Chilenje Spar. We are inviting all Senior Youths, Ambassadors, and
Pathfinders, AMO and Dorcas, to be in their uniforms and other church members
to be in T- shirts. All marches should be at Inter-land at
08:00 hours.
All
Churches are being requested to submit articles for the District
Newsletter. Deadline for submission is
29th March 2014.
There will be a Dorcas Zone 1B Music
Festival on 30th March, 2014 at Chilenje Main Church. Time: 14:00 hours the
usual meeting time for Dorcas.
