(a) The Second Quarter Mission Stories Books are available at the Pastor’s office. Sabbath School Superintendents for churches
and companies to collect the books.
(b) The Conference Sabbath School and Personal Ministries Evaluation will be held on
1st June, 2014 at Kabwata church. Time 08:30 - 13:00 hours.
(c) There will be a Conference Lay Preacher's Seminar for Beginners, Intermediate and Senior
Lay Preachers at Chilongolo Church from 24th to 28th June. All invited to
attend.
(d) Church Clerks who have not yet received the Church Membership System Template to
immediately contact the pastor. Those who have received must immediately begin
updating the Membership.
(e) Elders help identify these unidentified funds with your Treasurers and
immediately inform the District Pastor.

Congress Camp for both Ambassadors and Young Youths. Venue is Silver Rest in
Chongwe. Dates: 4th to 8th July, 2014.
Registrar fee is K100 per person.

churches and Companies that have not yet paid the affiliation fees are
requested to pay through the Local Church Treasurers or the District AMO
Treasurer without fail.
