(a) The Second Quarter Mission Stories Books are available at the Pastor’s office. Sabbath School Superintendents for Churches and Companies to collect the books.
(b) Tithe and offering envelopes are available though in small quantity, we can collect. Let's educate our members to use envelops more than three to four times.
(c) There will be a Conference Health Ministries Retreat on 15th June; 2014 at Lusaka Central Church Hall from 09.00 to 14.00 hrs. All District and Church Health Leaders are requested to attend without fail.
(d) The Conference Lay Preacher's Convention at Chilongolo Church for beginners, intermediate and advanced will run from 4th to 13th July, 2014. Registration fee is K9.00 per person and must be paid through the District or direct to the Conference. All are invited.
(e) There will be a Lay Preacher's promotion on Sunday, 8th June at Kabwata Church from starting at 08.30 hours. Please observe time.
(f) There will be a Conference meeting for Spirit of Prophecy Coordinators at Libala Church on Sunday, 8th June, 2014. Time 09.00 to 14.00 hours
(g) Church Clerks are asked to make sure they update church membership systems. Soon an evaluation will be called. Get ready for this. If you are experiencing any difficulties contact the Pastor.
(h) Church Clerks who have not yet received the Church Membership System Template to immediately contact the Pastor. Those who have received must immediately begin updating the membership.
(i) All Churches and Companies should take note that Sunday, 22nd June, 2014 has been set aside as a Special day to reclaim missing members.

(a) There will be a Lusaka Conference Youth Congress Camp for both Ambassadors and Young Youths. Venue is Silver Rest in Chongwe. Dates: 4th to 8th July, 2014. Registration fee is K100 per person. Transport and food K160 per person.
(b) The Pathfinders left for a Survival Camp yesterday, 6th Friday, 2014. Venue is Kafue Hills.
(a) All Church and Company Treasurers who have not deposited the monies for the District Building Promotion Project are reminded to do so.
(a) All Churches and Companies that have not yet paid the affiliation fees are requested to pay through the local Church Treasurers or the District AMO Treasurer without fail.
5. HEALTH
(a) There will be a combined Nutrition and Medical Missionary Training to be held from 29th June to 27th July, 2014. Venue: Chilenje Main Church. Time: 09.00 hours 17.00 hours. Members in formal employment will be training from 17.30 hours to 19.00rs daily. Churches and Companies are encouraged to sponsor some participants. All interested to attend.
(b) Participation fees have been reduced to K200.00 per person and the breakdown is as follows:
i. Registration – K100.00
ii. Nutrition tuitions – K50.00
iii. Training Logistics – K50.00
