DISTRICT ANNOUNCEMENTS

    ADMINISTRATION

(a)         
Today
we shall have baptism at 14:00 Hours at Chilenje Main Church. All the
candidates are encouraged to prepare.

 

(b)         
The District
Nominating Committee shall be sitting to receive submissions on their report today
at 16:00hrs. Venue is the crusade cite.

 

(c)         
Tomorrow,
Sunday 16rd November, 2014 there will be Federation elections at
Njanji. Time 07:00 – 11:30hrs. All the Federation leaders are advised to take
note and observe time. (Amo, Dorcas and Youth)

 

(d)         
Tomorrow,
Sunday 16th November, 2014 we shall have a special DPCC and Council
meeting to approve 2015 officers at 12:00hrs. Venue: Njanji.

 

(e)         
Training
for District and Church Leaders will begin on 30th November, 2014.
All the church leaders are advised to prepare for this event. Other details
will be availed latter.

 

(f)           
The Zambia Union
Conference teacher's convention will take place from 17- 21 December, 2014.
Venue: Hillcrest High school in Livingstone. Fees are K550.00 and registration
ends on 30th November, 2014.

    YOUTH

(a)            
All
Youths Leaders to start preparing for induction program which will be in
January, 2015.

 

(b)            
The Pathfinder
Camp out which was scheduled for 7th to 14 December, 2014 has been
moved to 14th to 21sttDecember, 2014 in West Wood,
Mwembeshi.  Participation fee is K120.00
per person, broken down as follows: K20.00 registration and K100.00 for food
and transport.

    DORCUS

There
will a Dorcas General Meeting tomorrow Sunday, 16th November, 2014
at Njanji Church. The business of the meeting is choosing of Dorcas Federation
Leaders for 2015/16. All Dorcas workers in the District to attend.  Time: 07:00 hours.
