(a)
There will be a Training Sessions for
all Elders Serving and Non-Serving and District Leaders for 2014 and 2015
tomorrow Sunday 07th December, 2014 at Njanji Church. Time: 10:00 to 16:00 hours.
(b)
There will
be a Special Meeting for all the 2014 and 2015 Church Clerks today, Sabbath 06th
December, 2014. Venue is Njanji SDA Church. Time: 15:00hrs.
(c)
There
will be training for the other officers in the respective churches starting
from 14th – 18th December, 2014. The trainers will be
assigned. All the Administration Elders to arrange logistics for these
trainings.
(d)
All the churches are advised to utilize Sunday
21st December, 2014 for Church Boards and Business Meetings.
(e)
There
will be a DPCC and District Council on 28th December, 2014 at Arakan
SDA Church. Time 08:30hrs and 14:00hrs respectively. To attend are all 2014 and
2015 District Leaders and all Serving Elders and Company Leaders for 2014 and
2015.
(f)
All the 2015
District Leaders in conjunction with the 2014 Leaders are advised to begin
preparing their Time managements and budget. These should be submitted to the
stewardship leader before Thursday, 11th December, 2014.
(g)
All crusade
committees to submit their receipts to either the District Treasurer Elder
Bwalya or the Crusade Chairperson Elder Rose before 15th December,
2014.
There will be a
Dorcas Zone Meeting tomorrow Sunday 7th December, 2014 at Libala
Church. To attend are all Dorcas
Federation Leaders and Local Society Leaders.
Time: 09:00 hours.

AMO Leaders to prepare end of year Report.
(b)
Chilenje
AMO has produced a calendar for 2015. It is going at K20, it’s a fundraising
for a Church Roadside SDA in Situmbeko.

There will be a
Music Council meeting tomorrow 14th December, 2014 at Njanji Church. All musicians in the District to attend
without fail. Time: 09:00 hours. Kindly
observe time.
(a)
All Youths Leaders to start
preparing for induction program which will be in January, 2015. Kindly ensure
that all the youths are in full and proper uniforms during the induction
ceremony.
(b)
There will be a Pathfinder Camp out starting
from 14th to 21st December, 2014 in West Wood, Mwembeshi. Participation fee is K120.00 per person,
broken down as follows: K20.00 registration and K100.00 for food and transport.
(The departure time will be 12:00 hours at Chilenje Main Church. All those wishing to make payments to get in
touch with the Club Director and payments to be made by Tuesday, to enable them
to plan for the event.)
(c)
There will be a Youth Alive Camp in Kafue ZNS from 25th to 28th
December, 2014.Fees is K100.00 per youth and the breakdown is as follows K40.00
Transport, K40.00 Food and K20.00 Registration.
(d)
The
Youths for Chilenje Central SDA Church will be having a
fundraising car wash towards their educational tour which will take
place in Siavonga, the venue is Mr Roberts grounds near the basketball court
just behind Chilenje Total Filling Station.
